Pousada Lisboa is a five-star hotel situated on Praça do Comércio, a few steps from the River Tejo. Its central location places guests within easy walking distance of Lisbon’s Baixa district, Chiado and the historic neighbourhood of Alfama.

The hotel occupies a restored historic building that once accommodated members of the Portuguese royal family and later housed government ministries. Original stone staircases, high ceilings and architectural details are combined with contemporary interiors and a collection of artworks on loan from the Museum of Lisbon.

The hotel has 90 rooms and suites arranged across four floors. Rooms are comfortably furnished in a contemporary style, with some overlooking Praça do Comércio or the surrounding streets.

Facilities include a heated indoor swimming pool, massage room and gym. The RIB Lisboa restaurant specialises in quality meats accompanied by a selection of Portuguese and international wines, with seating inside and beneath the arcades of Praça do Comércio.
